I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again.
When you hire OFS, you’ll change generations of lives.
Yesterday one of my OFS sent me the following email:
————–
Hi John and Dan!
Remember last year when I asked you and Dan to give my daughter a summer job?
She’s in 7th grade now and has found a summer job alone! She contacted some of my friends and asked if they needed help polishing their PowerPoint presentations for work. She knew their presentations were formal and dull. So she offered to do the first one for free. The next ones will be paid.
This is one where I took her to a client meeting/ coffee with one of my friends.
Just yesterday, she did one for our local chamber of commerce. They wanted a fancy presentation for a visiting senator.
Thank you again for letting her do a bit of work last year. The summer job you gave her last year gave her the confidence to approach people and the discipline to finish her work.
——————-
A couple things to note:
1. Generations!
2. She’s in 7th grade and already working because she has grown up with her parents working online (her mom has worked for me since 2010).
3. Heinz Doofenschmirtz from Phineas and Ferb. One of my kids favorite shows…obviously one of hers too.
You can go wrong hiring OFS. But you’re so much more likely to
– find amazing help
– change the way you work
– get time back
– change their lives
– change their kids lives
You won’t know until you try.
John
This is awesome!!! And I love my assistant! She’s so invested in the success of my company I’ve helped her expand her knowledge and coached her on social norms. She’s amazing and I am so grateful to have her on our team. My business has grown because of her.
That’s amazing Nakita! What does your assistant do in your business? How long has she been working for you?
Also, is it okay if we share this comment and maybe write about your experience in our newsletter?
