It’s a new year! Big changes are in the works for you.

And…

Here are 5 small steps to make a big change happen:

1. Start by making a free Onlinejobs.ph account today. It will take you less than 1 minute.

2. Search OnlineJobs.ph for a skill you might be interested in hiring for. You’re just looking to see what kinds of profiles you can find. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, try tweaking your search terms.  I’m very confident you can find people with the skill you’re looking for. – This should take you less than 5 minutes.

3. Have questions/concerns? Read OFSGuide.com. It’s about a 4 minute read.

4. Write a short and straightforward job post. Don’t overthink it. Don’t worry about optimizing; just write what you know. This can be so simple.  This shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to write and post it to OnlineJobs.ph in your free account.

5. Look at applications that come in and see if they’re relevant. You don’t even have to respond if none of the applicants get you excited. Only respond to those who excite you.

BONUS TIP: when you post your job post, at the end of it say: “When you apply, use 7 Apply Points in your application.”
Then you can safely ignore any applications that don’t use 7 apply points.

If you managed to get great applicants, congratulations! You’re getting to that big change. You’re now ready to hire an OFS, which is easier than what I walked you through earlier.

If you’re not getting a lot of applicants, you can tweak your job post. See what changes you can make to make it attractive to the people you want to hire.
