So often I see people say “I want to hire someone to do X, Y, Z, 1, 2, and 3. They have to have all those qualifications!”
I think that’s a mistake because the Philippines doesn’t have a super developed workforce like in the US.
In my opinion, you’ll have a better experience if you hire someone to do 1 task for you.
