I shot this video in the Red Cliffs Recreation Area in St George, UT.
That waterfall is slightly bigger than it looks and was fun for my 4 and 6 year olds to slide down into the pool below.
Pay attention to the exchange rate.

Thanks John am always on xe website monitoring USD to GBP
Great point John! Thanks
Exactly. The better idea is to pay in PHP and not USD, as they don't buy anything there in USD, everything is in PHP….I know…I just got back from Manila a week ago! 🙂
I pay my workers in php and not us dollar.
Just pay them in PHP. Its easier that way.
Just so everyone knows, you end up paying them in PHP regardless, because xoom or paypal or whatever converts it to PHP when they get it.
I just know a lot of people have contracted with their workers to pay them in US dollars.
If you have, pay attention to the exchange rate.
Great point!
Guys, how can i pay in Pesos through PayPal and oDesk?
When I had someone working with me fulltime I was paying them in PHP. I found it much easier.
@boris. In paypal there is an option where you can select what currency to pay in. Just change it to PHP. With odesk I don't think you can do anything other than USD.
Hi John.
What about the Tracking Software, when are you going to let us know about it. I missed that post.
Carlos.
John, since we are talking about compensation here, How about the promised $50 incentive for your "top-pick" recommended VA's after working for a month with their respective employers? I received so many negative things about it.. re: You are 'allegedly" not keeping what you've promised… Please give us some light about this issue..
I read article, I am sure I have read this days ago on msn. It definately makes you take notice.
I read post, I am sure I have read this years ago on tmz. It really makes you uneasy.
Thanks for this glorious article. One other thing is that nearly all digital cameras are available equipped with any zoom lens that enables more or less of any scene to become included by way of ‘zooming’ in and out. These changes in focusing length tend to be reflected while in the viewfinder and on huge display screen right at the back of the camera.
