Occasionally someone emails me with something like:
“I hired someone from Onlinejobs.ph and it didn’t work. The worker was terrible.”
“I posted my first job post and I couldn’t find the person that I needed.”
“I didn’t get very many applicants. This doesn’t work.”
It’s easy to get frustrated when you fail the first time you hire someone. My first hire wasn’t successful. But if I let that stop me, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Tatiana is a great example of this.
I hope this message finds you well. I have recently encountered a series of challenges in hiring and retaining suitable team members, and I would like to share my experiences and seek your valuable insights.
Unfortunately, I have come across candidates who misrepresented their skills and experience during the interview process, including using AI tools like ChatGPT for responses and test projects. This has led to hiring individuals who ultimately failed to perform their duties.
While these experiences can be frustrating, I believe they serve as learning opportunities. People around the globe have diverse work ethics, and it’s crucial to conduct thorough due diligence to find the right fit. …
Your feedback and insights are much appreciated. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
BTW I’ve shared this previously with you but I want to reiterate that I have hired and retained 3 awesome team members, from your site, for 3-9 months.
Tatiana came across some bad workers. She had problems with her hiring process. But she learned from her mistakes and tried again. Now she has three amazing OFS working for her.
All because she didn’t let her past mistakes stop her from trying again.
Not all hires are perfect.
I’m not perfect in my hiring.
But I’ve seen thousands (hundreds of thousands?) of people change their lives by finding success in hiring OFS.
How about you?
