Hiring the right person takes a lot of time to train, expectation is difficult to achieve and communication virtually could be very challenging.
Personally, I need to have an individual to sort out photo/video, SMS and other communication I had with my ex-partner the last 10 years, whom we had two minor children now age 6 and 8 together. In preparation for Family Court Mediation, I need to categorize and to sort into separate folders. Then after, I would need to go over for accuracy if it is by an OFS.

Is OFS a new acronym?? So many acronyms out there…. What does this one mean?
OFS stands for Online Filipino Specialist. They’re like virtual assistants but so much better. You can read more about them here: https://www.ofsguide.com/
I haven’t hired anyone because the first month I tried hiring a few people and they changed their minds on wanting part time or had decided to go with another company. So I paid for the first month and got nothing. Then the second month, I could busy to even move forward with someone because I had hit burnout and had no motivation. Now the price of using the website for only another month of possible repeat is holding me back.
