I know how hard it is to be a small business owner.

When I was starting out, I needed to avoid any unnecessary expenses. I hired a VA.
Finding someone who could do the job well enough, and be affordable?  Yes please.

This “VA” worked for me.
Only for me.

Yes, I was expected to fill his time for 40 hours/week.

Was it easy?  Not at first.

But it forced me to stop doing all the grunt work in my business and start delegating to him.

Was I a CEO?  A big business?

Heck no!

I was tiny. Making less than $40k/year. And just learning how to run a business.

But I found that hiring talented and affordable people is just as accessible to small business as it is to big business.  And, if you’re smart about it, even more accessible.

Most big businesses don’t hire like you and I are hiring. They hire expensive local people through a middleman who brings them into a warehouse and marks them up.

You and I hire direct, from the Philippines, where people work from home, with no markups.

You and I hire to buy back our time, becoming the CEO in the process.

Clara has had a similar experience:

You guys are absolutely awesome!!

Found an amazing VA recently through your site (first one for us, only 2-3 weeks in but has exceeded all my expectations).

And then I get an email reminding me to cancel (we are a small business so unnecessary costs can really hurt).

Thank you – and yes, we will be back when are ready to hire again, which probably won’t be too far away!

Too bad Hans might miss out 😂

Clara

Yeah, we’re small business friendly. We encourage you to cancel when you’re not recruiting. We make cancelling an account easy.
We know you’re small. You’ll come back when you need to hire more people.
