So many people talk about how AI is going to take away people’s jobs and they’re going to make virtual assistants obsolete.
Here are 2 examples of the opposite.

Without a doubt, AI can do amazing things. We currently use it with our Filipino team.
But can AI replace your virtual assistants right now? No way.
If AI is replacing “virtual assistants”, it’s replacing all humans. At least, my OFS are doing the same work and same quality work people in the US would be doing.
If you’re able to replace a human with AI right now, I want to hear about it. Not theory of replacing someone with an AI agent, but actually replacing someone.
(Let me be clear: We’re not telling you to brand your business as “AI-powered,” when virtual assistants are doing the work, just like that business in the news. That’s fraud. Just hire Filipino virtual assistants and provide them with AI tools.)
