I have 50 full-time OFS working for me.
But I didn’t start this way.
I started with one VA doing full-time work (it was a serious leap of faith for me to hire someone full-time at that stage of my business).
That Filipino worker, Joven, showed so much initiative and willingness to learn, and was so reliable I was able to do more in my business, which helped it grow.
He was so eager and willing that it was almost like there were 2 of me.
As we grew, I gave Joven more training and more work. We started having so much work that we needed to hire more people.
Is this where you’d like to be?

Hi John,
I wanted to reach out and share a quick story after reading this email. I recently hired my first VA using onlinejobs.ph. for my dog training business. I don’t make much money by Canadian standards because I’m still a relatively new business. But I needed help and offered $10 CAD/hr (about $8USD) for 2 hours a week and found Leslie very quickly!
I was so struck by Leslie’s willingness to learn and present ideas for how she could help me grow my business that I surprised her with a change to our agreement. It wasn’t much but I opted to change her pay to $10USD/hr and I hope to be able to offer her a few more hours per month very soon.
When I told Leslie during one of our video chats she was so overwhelmed with gratitude that she cried (and then felt bad for crying!). I knew I wanted to make an impact on another woman’s life when hiring for my business and it was that moment that I realized just what a difference I had made. What I saw as a small change can be life altering for her and help allow her to take care of her dog with special needs.
I’m so glad my coach recommended this service, I’m so glad I took the jump and hired!
Thanks so much,
Amanda

Hundreds of thousands of business owners discover this once they find the right Filipino worker for their business.

It doesn’t matter that your business is small and you can only afford to hire someone for a few hours a week.
Once you find a Filipino worker who’s just as willing and eager to work on your business as you are, you’ll have many opportunities to do more!
You’ll find that person at Onlinejobs.ph.
