Good! It’s often better to hire during January and February. You’ll find more candidates, and there will be fewer holidays in the Philippines then.
I also know that coming back from the holidays, you’ll be busy catching up and getting your business back on track after vacation.
So, I want to give you some advice on what you can do over the holidays to make hiring next year easier.
Write your job post now and upload it to Onlinejobs.ph.
Just put it out there and see if you get any applications.
It’s one thing off your list that you can do quickly. This leaves you one less thing to do next year.
If you need to re-write it for any reason (it’s not exactly how you like it, it’s not attracting the right applicants, etc), you can always go back to it and edit it.
Editing something that’s already there is often easier than writing something from scratch.
So, while you’re enjoying your holidays, write a simple job post and upload it.
It’s actually the hardest part of hiring. Once you have this done, everything else will be easier.
