I like taking care of the people around me. That’s how I show my love.
It’s not hard to do, but it takes time and effort.
It’s the same with my OFS. Most of my 17-hour work week involves getting in touch with my team. I ask how they’re doing. I read their daily reports. I give feedback. I want them to know that I care and know they’re working.
At the end of this Lovely says she’s willing to go the extra mile for her employer, but in return she just wants them to take care of her.
Her boss takes care of her, and she’s thriving. She has a lovely home and a beautiful family, and she looks so fulfilled in her life.
