You wear a lot of hats.
So do I.
I’m a husband, father, business owner, friend, colleague, sibling, son, son-in-law, coach, etc.
Those are just the ones I wear in my personal life. But these are the ones I love to wear. These are the ones that fit best.
What are yours?
In my business, I only wear a few hats:
– CEO
– Content creation
I make the decisions. I give direction. I solve problems. I help make content. I enable my team to get things done.
Sometimes, I wear a marketing hat. Sometimes, I wear the HR hat. But these are rare occasions, only when needed, and I rarely wear them for long periods.
This makes me more effective at my job as CEO, the hat I wear most of the time.
If I did everything and wore all the hats in my business, I’d be a terrible CEO.
So, I let my OFS team handle all the other hats in my business.
