I’m not the only one who has noticed this. Hundreds of thousands of business owners have hired from OnlineJobs.ph (over half a million last time I checked) and they just keep coming back.
Justin is one of them. What stood out for him is how diligent Filipino workers are. I noticed this with my OFS team, too, the fact that I can count on them to work even when I’ve been away for weeks at a time.
It’s not unique to the Philippines, but it’s something that they have in abundance.

There are many things that help the dear humble Filipino people fit the bill as just genuinely probably the worlds best servers.
I wish we could all be that humble.
These are things that are probably inappropriate to say in public, but it’s just abundantly obvious. Some people work harder.
And it is cultural. We can’t deny it.
Probably has something to do with their family faith.
Upbringing. There’s just a diligence interwoven into the fabric of Filipino society that is not normal.
Anyway… I think your service is better than UpWork in that:
tracking time really brings peace of mind for both parties. Accuracy matters. There’s always ways to cheat for the genius few.
trust is the ticket. Allowing for a background check is just a lot of foresight.
