Ideally, you should send the 13th month to your Online Filipino Specialist in early December.

Most Filipinos use the 13th month to pay their bills, buy presents, make big purchases, and get food for the Christmas and New Year’s celebrations.

But if you could not give your 13th month in December for whatever reason, you can still give them their 13th month in January.

Some Philippine companies give out the 13th month in January. It can be due to accounting or needing more time to get the funds to give their employees the 13th month.

It’s not ideal, but it’s better than nothing. And as long as you let your OFS know why you prefer to give the 13th month in January, they won’t mind.

Some might even prefer it that way because they can start the year with more money instead of spending it all in December.

The 13th month is not required; I want to emphasize that.

But if you can afford it, it’s a nice thing to do for your OFS because it motivates them to stay and do their best.

It goes a long way in building loyalty.
