Remember before you knew about OFS?
Remember how you’d see an opportunity, but you knew you didn’t have the capacity to make it happen? Either it was too expensive, or it was too time-consuming (or both), or you didn’t have the skills…
Running a business is tough.
I remember.
One time, I had the chance to partner with a really successful businessman. He had big ideas. I knew how to build the website he wanted, but I didn’t know how to get the content piece done. He wanted to write descriptions for thousands and thousands of products.
I just couldn’t do it.
I didn’t know how.
Now I look back and think about how easy it would have done…had I known about OFS at the time.
This email from Shelley really hit home for me.
I just saw your recent email and I want to say that we found two of the very best workers at an affordable price on your website. Then, we just hired another one last month and plan to hire more in the near future. We are a newer company on a limited budget so these professionals are a godsend to us! They have been with us an entire year, now have permanent positions with titles and responsibilities just like everyone else at our company. They are dedicated, hard working people who have grown as we grow.
Having said that, I will say that we treat them with respect and always keep good lines of communication with them. We do have to make special efforts to keep them informed and to have meetings when it’s not the middle of the night for them. There has to be some give and take on both ends to make this work. But once you establish that trust in the relationship, this is a win win for everyone!!
Thank you for having onlinejobs.ph!

Shelley – thank you for treating them with respect. Thank you for being a great employer.
Even though it was a long time ago, I still remember the first few years of my business.
Before I had my first VA. How rough it was.
My first VA: Joven.
Replacing myself for the first time.
Having the help to accomplish what needed to be done.
I never imagined that years later, I’d have more than 40 people working for me.
