“How do I find the BEST OFS?”

It’s a common question.

I usually respond with
“OneVAAway.com. That’s where I can guide you through finding and hiring. I guarantee you’ll find someone great.”

I don’t say
“…you’ll find the BEST…”

Because the BEST OFS for your business is the one with the right skills and attitude who’s AVAILABLE and can start working immediately.

Can you find someone better if you wait a little longer? Maybe.
Is there someone out there who is more talented?  Probably.
Is there someone out there who might be a better fit?  Probably.

But it’s also probable that the “BEST” OFS is already working for someone else and isn’t looking for work right now. You’re not going to find them.

That “BEST” OFS might not be looking for a job until next month. Or next year. Maybe.

You’re looking for the BEST AVAILABLE OFS.
