I just got an update from Julia that there is massive flooding in Manila (the Philippine capital) and its neighboring provinces.
Manila the most densely populated city in the world. There’s a good chance you have an OFS who lives there, so you might want to check on them.
I got a video from one of my OFS of her entire house flooded. Then she panned out the the street where all you can see is water everywhere.

Metro Manila and neighboring provinces have been experiencing flooding due to heavy rains brought on by Typhoon Carina (Gaemi).
NEWS: Metro Manila flood due to habagat brings back memories of Ondoy, Ulysses

The typhoon entered the Philippines late last week. Some areas in Mindanao and Visayas were affected, but the floods there quickly subsided as the storm moved up to Luzon, where it built up more strength and more rain.
The flooding in Metro Manila and neighboring provinces is so bad that schools, government offices, and most businesses are closed. Thousands of people have been evacuated. Cars are being washed off the street, and even a bus was fully submerged, requiring emergency services to rescue the passengers.
So far, most of Luzon still has electricity and internet connections. But we’re hoping the rains will stop soon because it’s dangerous for people to go out in the flood to get to work or get food. The sooner the rains subside, the sooner they can recover.
