I teach how to hire someone in less than 3 hours (total time).

But 20 minutes???

Here’s what Adam said:

John (or what ever OFS is reading this),

I have four full time staff members in the Philippines- all hired from onlinejobs.ph.

Today I finally decided to execute on a project that’s been on my to do list for far too long. I needed a programmer and I found Phillip in less than 20 minutes using onlinejobs.ph.

I’m not talking about over the course of days, I mean literally. From the time I posted the onlinejobs description to agreeing to hire him – like from 3:00-3:20pm Pacific.

It will be a couple weeks before I see the final work product, but just from his communication style and his experience I can tell that we’re going get along great and that he’s going to deliver what I need.

After a few back and forth messages on the platform we jumped over to WhatsApp (no phone or video because you’ve taught me that I don’t need that), just chat.

I tell at least five people a day about onlinejobs.ph. Last week I gave a speech and told the room of 50 people about it.

Super grateful for your site, your podcast and your happy disposition.

Adam

Adam: yes, an OFS (actually a few of them) did read this first before it got to me. Part of their job is to point out feedback like this to me whenever it comes in. This makes my work easier.

I’ve also hired people in about 20 minutes.  But since that sounds too good to be true, I talk about 2-3 hours.

If you’ve been on the fence for a while, this is easier than you’re making it out to be.
As Adam has mentioned, hiring an online Filipino specialist is easy. But if you want to make it even easier, I’ll show you my hiring steps at OneVAAway.com.
