I rarely talk about the changes we’ve made.
But the new OnlineJobs.ph messaging is worth talking about.
There was a lot of thought that went into it.
Years of experience, feedback, discussion, development.
I’m pretty happy with what we created:
On the right side of the screen is the worker’s profile. Now you can:
– Glance at their profile
– Rate a worker based on their application ( 1 to 5 stars )
– Pin a worker you want to come back to (and unpin once you’re done with your recruitment)
– Add labels to organize applicants as you want
– See their contact information
– Make notes on their profile
– Mark them as hired
– Archive their application
– Delete or mark their application as spam.
And there’s more coming. We’re listening to your feedback and making changes.
The AI matching features are available in a Premium ($99) account. They’re worth it.
