– We have 53 OFS who are amazing. They do great work. I’m so grateful for my team.
FYI, my team is 100% in the Philippines. We walk the talk.
– I’m thankful for the culture of the Philippines that lends itself to creating such good people to work with.
– I’m thankful for Apply Points for how it makes finding and filtering great applicants so easy. It took us a few years of testing things to get the concept right. It works so well.
– I’m thankful for the AI Matching tool that we developed. I can’t believe how good it is. It’s helped so many employers (including myself) save time and effort both in the filtering/hiring process, and in helping hire the right person.
– I’m thankful for the giant database of Filipino workers at OnlineJobs.ph. I can’t believe we’ve reached 4 million Filipino worker profiles now and we’re still growing.
– I’m thankful for the emails and messages from Filipino workers and business owners who tell me how their lives have changed for the better. I get these messages every day. I never get tired of reading them. When I see them, I feel enormous gratitude that we got this chance to do a lot of good in the world.
