With Thanksgiving tomorrow, here are a few things I’m thankful for.

– We have 46 OFS who are amazing. They do great work. I’m so grateful for my team.
FYI, my team is 100% in the Philippines. We walk the talk.
– I’m thankful for the culture of the Philippines that lends itself to creating such good people to work with.
– I’m thankful for Apply Points for how it makes finding and filtering great applicants so easy. It took us a few years of testing things to get the concept right. It works so well.
– I’m thankful for the giant database of Filipino workers at OnlineJobs.ph. When I was just starting running online businesses in 2004 I had no idea how to find help.
Now it’s so easy! A quick search at OnlineJobs.ph always yields what I’m looking for.
I have a lot to be grateful for in my life.
