When you’ve signed up for the Pro or Premium account at Onlinejobs.ph, one of the features you get is the ability to tag or mark the OFS you’ve hired as “Hired.”

What does this do?
When you mark someone as “Hired,” that mark appears on their profile like this.

Why should you mark the people you hired through Onlinejobs.ph as “Hired”?
1. It shows other employers that the person they’re looking at is already hired.
2. If your OFS is hired by someone else, you’ll get a notification.
3. If you hire an OFS already working for someone else, their employer will be notified.
4. It lets you easily manage payments (EasyPay), virtual mentoring, Timeproof, and the working relationship in your OJ dashboard.
In the end, it’s about transparency.
Transparency for both the worker and employer.
Notifications of people getting hired.
It happened to us this morning. We’re having a conversation with our OFS who just took on a second job so we can try to figure out the situation.
We also hope this will discourage people from hiring OFS who are already working full-time for someone else.
You’re probably asking why we don’t just restrict these worker accounts from getting multiple jobs.
We could, but we didn’t think it would be fair to those OFS working part-time since most would need more work to make enough to support themselves.
There are also cases when an OFS working full-time needs to find another job because their employer needs to let them go for one reason or another.
But John, they can still cheat the system if they remove the hired status!
Your OFS can remove the hired status, but you’ll receive a notification when they do.
We allowed this feature in case you’ve forgotten to unmark an OFS you’ve let go.
If they’re still working for you and removed the mark, that will be a conversation for you and your worker.
Can an OFS email your support team to have the mark removed?
Our support team can’t remove the mark. Only you and your OFS can do that.
Do I need to keep a Pro or Premium account once I’ve marked someone as “Hired?”
No.
That mark will stay on even after you downgrade to a free account. You’ll still have access to EasyPay and TimeProof. You don’t need to upgrade your account again if you need to remove the mark.
You can also mark as “hired” after you’ve downgraded your account to free. So, if you’re on a free account right now, go into OnlineJobs.ph and mark your OFS “hired”.
Lastly, please don’t mark workers as “Hired” if they’re not working for you. It’s not nice, and it just gives us unnecessary work. It just makes everybody’s experience worse.
